1. EMI Pakistan and its artists reserve the right to deny any request for any reason whatsoever.
2. EMI Pakistan will not process any incomplete License Request Forms (LRFs). Please fully complete the form before submitting your request.
3. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your request.
4. Please make sure you obtain the license for the requested use prior to using it otherwise, it would be considered as a copyright infringement.

Definitions

SYNCHRONIZATION LICENSE: When the song is being included in an audiovisual production, i.e. an ad film, documentary, feature film, music video, television serial etc.

TERRITORY: The territory in which you intend to distribute / broadcast your project, and therefore, required to be covered by the license (e.g. Pakistan, Worldwide).

TERM: Length of time you intend to distribute / make your project available, and therefore need covered in the license (e.g. 1 year, 3 years, Perpetuity).

EMI Pakistan Limited can grant only those rights to which it owns or controls. We may only have a partial copyright interest in some of the songs appearing in this database. It is your responsibility to obtain licenses from all copyright owners who own or control rights to the requested song in the territory noted above. By completing the License Request form, you are beginning the process of obtaining a license for a specific use of a musical composition / lyric / sound recording. The License Request Form is not a license, nor does the act of completing the License Request Form grant you any rights to use any music that is owned and/or controlled by EMI Pakistan Limited or any division, affiliate, or subsidiary thereof. EMI Pakistan Limited reserves the right to deny a requested license at its sole and absolute discretion.
