Tina Sani (born c. 1959) is a highly respected Pakistani singer whose style is influenced by legends like Mehdi Hassan and Begum Akhtar, yet remains unique. She began her professional singing career in 1980 on a PTV program hosted by Alamgir. She is most acclaimed for her soulful and complex renditions of the poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz and Allama Iqbal, particularly “Shikwa Jawab-e-Shikwa”.
