An Indian singer, musician, pianist, and composer previously of Pakistani citizenship, known for his versatility and speed on the keyboard. He has won multiple international awards and was given a special award by UNICEF for a song for famine-hit Ethiopia and a United Nations Peace Medal for a song for Africa. He has sold out Wembley Stadium for two consecutive nights and received the Padma Shri (India’s fourth-highest civilian honour) in 2021.
