Khursheed Ahmed (1956–2003) was a famous Pakistani naat khawan (reciter of poetry in praise of the Prophet Muhammad) who won top positions in national competitions in the 1970s. Starting his career at Radio Pakistan in a non-singing role, he learned vocal training from Ustad Ishaq Nizami. His most famous naats are “Zameen-o-Zaman Tumhare Liye” and “Yeh Sab Tumhara Karam Hai Aaqa”. For his devotion and services, he was posthumously honoured with the Pride of Performance Award.
