Mansoor Ali Malangi (d. 2014) was a great Seraiki folk singer who came from a peasant family in the Jhang district. He was known for his unique, soulful voice and performance style, drawing deep inspiration from the natural landscape and Sufi traditions of his region. His folk song “Ik Phul Motia da Mar ke Jaga Sohnie” became an instant hit across Pakistan in the late 1970s.
