Surraiya Khanum is a Pakistani folk singer who began her career at Radio Pakistan’s Multan Station in 1977. She received training from the Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Ustad Faiz Ahmed. She is well-regarded for her powerful vocal delivery and became popular with a wider audience after performing on Coke Studio, including a memorable rendition of the wedding song “Chirya Da Chamba”.
